Bugs Fixed

• Hardened multimodal evaluation image handling. The output file name is now derived from a validated allow-list of known image types rather than the raw data:image/<subtype>; value, and decoded image bytes are confined to the intended images/ folder.
• Added Microsoft-scoped evaluation status and boolean pass/fail attributes to Application Insights result events.
