• Stable release of the 2.4.0 preview series. The protocol-scoped task-runtime

  in the preview entry below.
• Removed the duplicated experimental decorator compatibility fallback.
• Require the stable azure-ai-agentserver-core>=2.3.0 release. Publish Core
  before Responses.
