Features Added

• Added immutable FoundryOriginalSubject assertions and invocation-local
  FoundryAgentRequestContext.original_subject with an explicit, model-only
  model_attribution_headers() helper for the proposed x-ms-original-subject
  dictionary contract. The assertions do not establish identity proof or change
  model authentication; model integration remains an explicit per-call opt-in.
  Both the assertions class and header helper are marked experimental.
• Added protocol-scoped task-runtime startup requests so protocol hosts can
  obtain scoped TaskManager access without mutating the process-wide
  resilient-task switch. This prevents one protocol's enablement from
  activating another protocol in a mixed host.

Bugs Fixed

• Preserve host-owned recovery callbacks and task options when loading
  process-wide task descriptors at startup.
• Exclude protocol-disabled task functions before startup, periodic or inline
  recovery can reclaim their leases or dispatch their handlers.
• Require explicit owning-host registration for protocol-internal recovery
  callbacks instead of importing them into unrelated managers.
• Treat a persisted task function identity as authoritative before recovery
  cleanup or reclaim. Legacy callback fallback applies only when that
  identity is absent.
