Features Added

• Added support for ShareFileClient and ShareDirectoryClient constructed using File Id-based URLs. ShareFileClient constructed via File Id-based URLs can only perform GetProperties and GetFileLinks operations currently. ShareDirectoryClient constructed via File Id-based URLs can only perform GetProperties operation currently.
• Added support for ShareFileClient.GetFileLinks and ShareFileClient.GetFileLinksAsync operations. These operations are only supported for clients constructed using File Id-based URLs and not path-based URLs.
• Added support for ShareProperties.CreatedOn for ShareServiceClient.GetShare, ShareServiceClient.GetShareAsync, ShareClient.GetProperties, and ShareClient.GetPropertiesAsync operations.
• Added support for ShareProperties.EnableChangeFeed, ShareProperties.ChangeFeedRetentionInDays, and ShareProperties.ChangeFeedBlobContainerName for ShareClient.GetProperties and ShareClient.GetPropertiesAsync operations.
• Added support for ShareSetPropertiesOptions.EnableChangeFeed and ShareSetPropertiesOptions.ChangeFeedRetentionInDays for ShareClient.SetProperties and ShareClient.SetPropertiesAsync operations.
• Added support for ShareCreateOptions.EnableChangeFeed and ShareCreateOptions.ChangeFeedRetentionInDays for ShareClient.Create and ShareClient.CreateAsync operations.

Bugs Fixed

• Fixed SAS timestamp handling for non-UTC DateTimeOffset values. SAS times are now normalized to UTC before formatting/signing, preventing unintended validity windows in st/se (Start Time, Expiry Time) and related delegation key fields. Affected APIs include:
