Features Added

• Upgraded API version from 2026-05-01-preview to 2026-10-01-preview.
• Added MQTT v5 support: IotHubProperties.ConnectionProfile (IotHubConnectionProfile) and IotHubProperties.MqttV5TopicGroups (MqttV5TopicGroup).
• Added MessagePayloadFormat property (IotHubMessagePayloadFormat) to all routing endpoint property models (RoutingCosmosDBSqlApiProperties, RoutingEventHubProperties, RoutingEventStreamProperties, RoutingServiceBusQueueEndpointProperties, RoutingServiceBusTopicEndpointProperties, RoutingStorageContainerProperties).
• Added RoutingRuleProperties.DataSchema property.

Breaking Changes

• Renamed PolicyResourceId to CertificateAuthorityResourceId on IotHubCertificateProperties and IotHubCertificatePropertiesWithNonce.
• IotHubDeviceRegistry is now output-only: its public constructor was removed, IotHubProperties.DeviceRegistry no longer has a setter, and IotHubDeviceRegistry.IdentityResourceId was replaced by IotHubDeviceRegistry.Identity.
