Features Added

• Added BulkActionsVirtualMachinePlacement and the ZonePlacementPolicyType enum, surfaced as the Placement property on LocationBasedBulkCreateData and LocationBasedBulkCreateCustomData. Use ZonePlacementPolicy together with IncludeZones and ExcludeZones to constrain which zones a bulk operation may place VMs into.
• Added ExtendedLocation on LocationBasedBulkCreateData and LocationBasedBulkCreateCustomData, alongside the existing Zones, for targeting an extended location such as an Azure Edge Zone.
• Added per-VM Zone, ExtendedLocation, and Placement overrides on BulkCreateCustomOverride, which take precedence over the operation-level values. Leaving Zone unset keeps the operation-level Zones; setting it to an empty string requests a regional (non-zonal) VM.
• Added Spot settings on BulkActionVMProperties: Priority, BillingMaxPrice, and EvictionPolicy. Priority is now configured per VM through the compute profile.

Breaking Changes

• Removed the PriorityProfile and BulkCreateCustomPriorityProfile models, along with the PriorityProfile properties on BulkCreateProperties and BulkCreateCustomProperties. Set Priority, BillingMaxPrice, and EvictionPolicy on ComputeProfile.VirtualMachineProfile (BulkActionVMProperties) instead.
• Removed MinCapacity from BulkCreateProperties and BulkCreateCustomProperties.
• Removed the PartialFulfillmentPolicy, PartialFulfillmentMode, and PartialFulfillmentReason models, along with the PartialFulfillmentPolicy properties on BulkCreateProperties and BulkCreateCustomProperties.
• Updated the corresponding ArmComputeBulkActionsModelFactory methods to drop the parameters for the removed properties and add the new ones.

Other Changes

• The client continues to target API version 2026-10-06-preview.
