Features Added

• Added remaining Network resource types, bringing the total from 37 to 120 resources.
• Added polymorphic type support for BaseAdminRule (NetworkAdminRule, NetworkDefaultAdminRule), FirewallPolicyRuleCollectionInfo, and FirewallPolicyRule subtypes.
• Added support for NetworkSecurityPerimeter resources.

Bugs Fixed

• Fixed Name property to be writable on FirewallPolicyDraft, FrontendIPConfiguration, LoadBalancingRule, NetworkInterfaceIPConfiguration, OutboundRule, and ProbeResource.
• Fixed ProvisioningState to be readonly on IpamPool, StaticCidr, NetworkVerifierWorkspace, ReachabilityAnalysisIntent, and ReachabilityAnalysisRun.
• Removed phantom SubnetId and VirtualNetworkId properties from IPAllocation that do not exist in the Bicep reference.
