Bugs Fixed

• Fixed InferenceClient(InferenceClientSettings) so that API-key settings authenticate with the Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key header instead of throwing ArgumentNullException. This also unblocks API-key authentication through AddInferenceClient and AddKeyedInferenceClient.
