Features Added

• Promoted AKS identity binding support in WorkloadIdentityCredential to general availability. WorkloadIdentityCredentialOptions.IsAzureProxyEnabled no longer requires suppressing experimental diagnostic AZID0002. Identity binding remains opt-in and isn't supported by DefaultAzureCredential or ManagedIdentityCredential.

Bugs Fixed

• Fixed CA certificate reloads for an already-used Kubernetes token proxy in WorkloadIdentityCredential, so subsequent requests use the new CA without throwing or retaining the old trust configuration.
