Features Added

• GA the spring-cloud-azure-starter-keyvault-certificates. This starter supports the auto-configuration of Azure Key Vault CertificateClient and CertificateAsyncClient.

• Fix the bean AzureTokenCredentialAutoConfiguration initialization exception when the multiple ThreadPoolTaskExecutors beans exist #28525.
