Features Added

• Added expectContinueBehavior to the blob client builders, which configures when the HTTP header
  Expect: 100-continue is applied to requests that carry a body. The header is not applied unless configured, and
  requires an HTTP client that withholds the request body until the service responds.

• Added opt-in session-based authentication for eligible Blob GET requests when using a TokenCredential. Configure
  it with SessionContext.setSessionMode(SessionMode.ENABLED); the default AUTO mode currently resolves to SessionMode.DISABLED.

• Added support for service version 2027-03-07.

Breaking Changes

• Changed the default response serialization format for listBlobs and listBlobsByHierarchy from XML to Apache Arrow
  for both synchronous and asynchronous clients, with support for XML fallback responses from the service. To explicitly
  request XML, use new ListBlobsOptions().setStorageResponseSerializationFormat(StorageResponseSerializationFormat.XML).
