Features Added

• Added CloseableIterableStream<T> for resource-backed iteration with deterministic cleanup.

Bugs Fixed

• Fixed retention of unused shared executors and shutdown hooks by serializing executor initialization.
• Registering or removing the shutdown hook that closes the shared executor service no longer fails when the JVM is
  already shutting down. Runtime.addShutdownHook throws IllegalStateException once shutdown has begun, which
  surfaced to callers of SharedExecutorService as IllegalStateException: Shutdown in progress when work, such as
  an in-flight request draining during shutdown, needed the executor after it had been closed. A hook registered at
  that point could never run, so this case is now logged and the work continues.

Other Changes

• Upgraded Jackson from 2.18.9 to 2.18.11.
