Features Added

• Added experimental OpenTelemetry GenAI tracing and metrics for agent-version creation and Azure response operations,
  including synchronous, asynchronous, streaming, and raw-response methods. Instrumentation emits create_agent,
  chat, and invoke_agent spans, plus gen_ai.client.operation.duration and gen_ai.client.token.usage metrics.
  Set AZURE_EXPERIMENTAL_ENABLE_GENAI_TRACING=true to enable it and configure tracing and metrics per client through
  AgentsClientBuilder.clientOptions(...) using TracingOptions and MetricsOptions. Message content capture is
  disabled by default; enable it with OTEL_INSTRUMENTATION_GENAI_CAPTURE_MESSAGE_CONTENT=true.
  AZURE_TRACING_GEN_AI_CONTENT_RECORDING_ENABLED remains supported as a fallback when the newer setting is unset.
• Added tracing samples for custom OpenTelemetry configuration, console export, and Azure Monitor export.
• Added preview Microsoft Copilot harness and built-in toolset support for prompt agents through
  MicrosoftCopilotHarness, MicrosoftCopilotToolsetPreview, and related configuration types.
  AgentsClientBuilder.allowPreview(true) and beta agent clients include the MicrosoftCopilot=V1Preview feature
  opt-in. The legacy GitHub Copilot types remain available for compatibility.

Breaking Changes

• Flattened the preview voice response models. Removed VoiceResponseBase and VoiceAgentRealtimeResponseBase;
  use VoiceResponse and VoiceAgentRealtimeResponse directly. Response properties and typed token-limit accessors
  are now declared on those concrete models.
• Renamed VoiceResponseBaseObject to VoiceResponseObjectType and replaced getObject() with getObjectType()
  on VoiceResponse and VoiceAgentRealtimeResponse. The JSON property remains object.
• Renamed the preview Teams Phone binding models from CreateTeamsPhoneExtensionTelephonyBindingInput,
  TeamsPhoneExtensionTelephonyBinding, and TeamsPhoneExtensionTelephonyBindingListItem to
  CreateTeamsPhoneExtensibilityTelephonyBindingInput, TeamsPhoneExtensibilityTelephonyBinding, and
  TeamsPhoneExtensibilityTelephonyBindingListItem, respectively.
• Renamed TelephonyProvider.TEAMS_PHONE_EXTENSION and
  TelephonyCallLifecycleEventSource.TEAMS_PHONE_EXTENSION to TEAMS_PHONE_EXTENSIBILITY.
  Their serialized value changed from teams_phone_extension to teams_phone_extensibility.

Bugs Fixed

• Fixed typed asynchronous list operations to forward the page-size hint supplied through PagedFlux.byPage(...),
  including when resuming from a continuation token, instead of ignoring it.

Other Changes

• Regenerated from the updated Foundry TypeSpec specification.
• Updated SessionConfiguration documentation to reflect the service-supported maximum idle timeout of 14,400 seconds
  (four hours); the default remains 900 seconds.
