Bugs Fixed

• Fixed ReadManyItems silently omitting existing items from multi-partition containers using V1 partition key hashing, including containers whose partition key definition omits the version. V1 routing now uses the service-compatible binary EPK encoding and string truncation. See PR 27867.
• Set MaxConnsPerHost to 1000 on the default HTTP transport (previously 0, unlimited). HTTP/1.1 requests can now wait for a connection when the limit is reached; this setting is not a strict HTTP/2 connection limit. See PR 27925.
• Fixed ChangeFeedOptions.StartFrom being ignored by the service, which read the change feed from the beginning instead. The If-Modified-Since header is now an HTTP date ending in GMT rather than UTC. See PR 27787.

Other Changes

• Migrated the default HTTP/2 transport configuration to net/http, preserving the 2-second idle health check interval and 1-second ping-response timeout. See PR 27925.
