Breaking Change
partner_id has been removed from the management groups module. A new variable for additional telemetry has been added instead.
What's Changed
The management groups and management resources modules have been de-nested. moved blocks have been added to support the state migration. As a result you will see a large number of resources in the plan, but it will not make any actual changes.
