This release restores binary publishing after the v0.0.21 release workflow failed before compilation.
az rest is permanently disabled in every access mode through azure-api-mcp v0.0.10. Custom or enabled policies cannot re-enable it. AKS MCP continues to enforce its local-only stdio contract.
Release binaries are provided for Linux, macOS, and Windows on amd64 and arm64, each with a signed SLSA provenance file.
