What's Changed

• Fixed diagnostic logging synchronization to default Deploy-Diag-LogsCat to allLogs instead of audit, preserving its category-specific display name and existing assignment name.
• Changed activity log and resource diagnostic setting deletion-protection policies from Indexed to All mode so diagnostic setting resources are evaluated.
• Moved the Windows VM Hotpatch guardrail from the Automation initiative to the Compute initiative. Added Enforce-Guardrails-Automation_20260910 and updated the default Automation guardrail assignment to use it. The previous initiative is retained but deprecated.
