Fixes
- Regional and alternate forms supplied by other mods now keep their native names and types in the Party app, Home widgets and summaries, including forms with their own species slot but no National Pokédex entry. Nicknames still take priority.
- Stamps (Achievements) prepare progress in the background while you play, retain cached progress across map changes and reuse unaffected results after Pokédex updates. Opening the app after preparation avoids rebuilding the album; flag, item and battle changes still receive a full refresh.
Requirements
- Gen1Recomp 0.3.93 or newer (mod API 3).
- Validated against the exact official Gen1Recomp 0.3.95 source.
Install
Update from the Mod Index
when available, or import kanto_gear-4.4.1.zip below. The same ZIP works on
Android, Windows and Linux. It includes no ROM or save.
The attached .sha256 file checks the download; the verification JSON records
the source commit and every packaged file's hash.
Validation
316 local game-fixture test cases and 18 release/website guard tests passed.
Regional-form regression fixtures cover all five Gen 3 editions, including
species slots without National numbers, single and dual types, Fairy typing,
nicknames and read-only access. The reporter's exact regional-form mod has not
been tested. Stamps improvements were benchmarked locally; actual opening time
depends on your game, device and whether background preparation has finished.
