Keeps the header clock's colon continuously visible in both the Pokegear and C-Gear skins. Previously, blinking combined with cached screen redraws could leave the separator hidden for several seconds or make it appear to stop blinking while moving. The clock keeps its existing time source and refresh behavior.
Validation: all 357 Lua files compile; 8 selected clock-formatting, compatibility and Pokegear cases pass. Gen 1/2 Light and Dark previews in both skins were inspected, and header pixels match at odd and even seconds. On-device confirmation is pending.
