Kanto Gear 2.3.2 — A Better Box Mate
Some replacement PC menus reuse the host's PC screen identity while supplying
their own data model. Kanto Gear previously treated that identity alone as proof
that the built-in PC was open, then tried to read a list the replacement did not
have. The result was a crash instead of a useful second screen.
Replacement PC menus now fail safe
- Kanto Gear verifies the built-in PC data contract before enabling its native
companion PC renderer. - Custom replacement menus such as Modern PC UI remain authoritative on the top
screen; Kanto Gear safely falls back on the bottom screen instead of crashing. - The fix is generic. It does not detect or special-case any individual mod.
- The built-in PC, vanilla behavior and every other Kanto Gear screen are
unchanged.

Import only kanto_gear-2.3.2.zip unless you also want one of the optional
language packs. Both language packs are unchanged and included again for a
complete installation set.
