Kanto Gear speaks French
Kanto Gear now has an optional French companion language pack, based on the catalog contributed by @blastheaven2 and adapted to fit the compact interface.
What changed
- Added Kanto Gear Français 0.1.0 for Gen 1 and Gen 2.
- German, Spanish and French packs now cover the same 337 Kanto Gear strings, including title choices, PC and party headers, level labels and other previously missed UI paths.
- Companion translations are now scoped to Kanto Gear. They no longer replace matching text on the main game screen or inside unrelated mods.
- Long region headings and AREA status labels adapt cleanly to the available space.
- Updated German and Spanish packs to 0.2.10 with the same coverage and isolation fixes.
The language packs translate Kanto Gear itself. A separate game translation mod is still required to translate the main game.
No host update, save migration or settings reset is required.
