Configuration via Environment Variables
Building on support newly provided by the underlying CAF Configuration mechanism, it is now possible to configure the AutoScaler using environment variables as an alternative to using separate configuration files.

Docker Swarm Support
Added docker swarm support to the autoscaler, which can now start and control images on a swarm node.
