• ci(release): tag the recorder autoscaler as :latest and the version (#1624)
• refactor(recorder): record with Frame by Frame only, drop the stream capture (#1625)
• i18n(cs2): the Frame by Frame off warning no longer promises a stream fallback (#1626)
