AuralArchive 1.0.1

AuralArchive 1.0.1 fixes an Audible sign-in issue that could stop downloads from working, along with a few smaller fixes for naming templates and empty pages.

What changed

Audible downloads

• Updated the Audible library so new sign-ins use the current iPhone device profile.
• After upgrading, sign out of your store account in Settings and sign in again. If downloads still fail, remove old "Audible for iPhone" entries created by AuralArchive from Amazon's Manage Your Content and Devices page.
• Books you've already downloaded are not affected.

Naming templates

• {series_number} now falls back to the series sequence when no book number is set.
• {publisher} stays empty when the publisher is unknown.

Empty pages

• Buttons on empty Library, Series and Authors pages now show their icons instead of raw HTML.

Development builds

• docker/build.sh dev builds a local-only auralarchive:dev image.
