The 0.3.31 release of discovery-node adds support for associating multiple wallets for a given user, adds support for trending playlists and the ability to aggregate metrics from other discovery nodes to make metrics more resilient in the event a single discovery node goes down. In addition, new development and sanity checks were added like more accurate block difference and a route to report the X-Forwarded-For
header. The python version was also bumped to 3.8.
