The 0.3.31 release of discovery-node adds support for the UserReplicaSetManager contract and indexing those contract events. In addition, the way ETH balances are refreshed was tweaked and search materialized views were optimized. The release is fully backwards compatible and requires no changes from service providers to their discovery nodes
