The 0.3.31 release of content-node adds lots of debugging and performance optimizations like a decision tree for nodesync file fetch, replacing blocking sync calls with async calls and a bugfix to the service's read only mode. In addition, it adds support for requesting signatures to request addition into the UserReplicaSetManager which is currently unused.
