Minor fixes:
- At some stage PTP changed from Concert > Live Performance
- Added back sleep before adding PTP torrent fixes unregistered torrent error on first announce
- Better DVD remux dupe checking
- Cleaned up some console prints
- Fixed original nfo handling
- Clarified some console messages to better understand which tracker is printing the message. Useful with async changes
- Added unprocessed count when processing a
--queue
