• Retain the current permitted VLESS on confirmed HTTPS timeouts when no freshly successful reserve exists. Failed health remains visible and recovery checks continue; traffic is not sent through WAN instead.
• Require a fresh online-session observation for Reverse retention. Removed or disabled nodes and explicit network/TLS failures still fail closed without a working reserve.
• Include confirmed cold-start selection publication, image completion after RouterOS traffic admission and the pinned Xray v26.10.17 core with maintained gateway patches.

Xray labels v26.10.17 as a pre-release. Exported Reverse bridge profiles retain
their independent compatibility pin. Existing container memory limits are preserved.
