MCP discovery compatibility and agent-interface improvements.
- Unsupported server/discover probes now return Method not found without closing the connection, allowing fallback initialization. Includes regression coverage for the empty-parameter request reported in #502.
- Shared MCP lifecycle, session isolation, and recovery improvements.
- Dart call-resolution fixes, fresh indexed name lookup after edits, and text-search coverage for files without a structural parser.
- Experimental simple structural-session policy with batched reads and guarded edits. Performance varies by task; no universal speedup claim.
Verification: 714 core unit tests, 97 MCP unit tests, 12 protocol integration tests, and 9 npm-wrapper tests passed locally. Shared lifecycle checks and platform builds passed in CI. Direct authenticated AGY CLI verification remains pending; the reported wire sequence passes.
