Downloader and pipeline

• In-flight decryption (live_decrypt): segments are decrypted while they are downloaded.
• New PROCESS.normalize_timestamps: set it to false to skip the extra ffmpeg pass that resets fMP4 fragment timestamps.
• New DOWNLOAD.temp_root: temporary files can live on a fast local disk when the output is on a NAS.
• Anime: the requested season is kept in the file names (AnimeUnity and AnimeWorld named Season 2 files S01E.., which Sonarr attached to the wrong episode).
• Account profile selection: profile in a service's login.toml section (number or name) and --user-profile, for the services that have account profiles (e.g. Netflix).
