GPU monitoring

• Fixed a problem that caused some NVIDIA configurations to experience GNOME Shell stuttering every ~10 seconds when GPU monitoring was enabled, including when GPU stats were shown from the processor menu. [#211]

Note: This is an important change to GPU monitoring, so feedback is very welcome. If you notice any regression, please open an issue: Astra Monitor issues.

• Improved memory management and general cleanup across menus, monitors, and background tasks. [#225]
