42nd release includes Hot Corners improvements, latest WinMac Menu version, Windhawk mods, Dock themes improvements, and bug fixes.

What's Changed

• WinMac Menu:

  • updated to version 0.13.0

• Windhawk:

  • added Block Start Menu and Hosts mod, which replaced past method of blocking Start Menu from running in the background, now also blocking Search Host
  • added Center new Windows mod
  • added Paste Clapboard Content to Explorer mod, allowing to paste both images and text from clipboard as a files
  • updated Auto Dark Titlebar mod to version 1.0.1

• Hot Corners:

  • replaced WinXCorners with newly rebuilt WinXCornersPlus, which includes multiple improvements and new functionalities like:
    • more hot corners actions
    • introduced a new Advanced tab within Settings window
    • improved flyout animation and added support for configurable animation direction
    • added modifier key for invoking Hot Corners
    • added options to run application as administrator or with hidden tray icon
    • moved Enable hot corners toggle to tray context menu
    • dynamic tray icons showing whether Hot Corners are currently enabled or disabled, and in which mode it runs, i.e. with or w/out modifier key

• PowerToys:

  • changed PowerToys Run Edge Extensions action keywords
  • re-enabled tray icon, now with monochrome icon enabled by default

• Nexus Dock:

  • changed corner radius to match Windows 11 default corner radius
  • added new themes with borders, to match Windows 11 flyouts design

• Keyboard Shortcuts:

  • Shift+Enter - rename objects in File Explorer or Desktop

• Open-Shell:

  • Removed. Its functionality was replaced by WinMac Menu Controls settings

• Other:

  • added WINMAC environment variable and added same to PATH variable, which includes a path to common WinMac binaries folder
  • SecureUXTheme is now removed and replaced with UXTheme Hook Windhawk mod

What's Fixed

• Auto Dark Titlebar mod preventing UWP/WinUI apps from starting
• WinMac Menu not registering Autostart entry correctly, preventing it from starting on boot
• WinLaunch not showing available apps on first launch
• custom OS themes not being applied upon installation
• blue folders theme not being applied correctly by Windhawk upon installation
• navigation pane toggle in context menu is now properly removed during uninstallation
• more leftover binaries, folders and environment variables are cleaned up during uninstallation
• more apps are now uninstalled noninteractively during uninstallation process
