Description

This release is relevant only for Shibuya node operators.
Astar and Shiden operators ARE NOT affected.

Shibuya has been migrated from Tokyo relay chain to Paseo relay chain.
It is mandatory for all Shibuya operators to use the new client; upgrade prio is critical.
