Description

This is patch release with new Shibuya testnet relay spec. Shibuya nodes must be upgraded as soon as possible.

Upgrade priority: CRITICAL (Shibuya)

Upgrade priority: LOW (Astar/Shiden)

📍Note to RPC operators
HTTP and WebSocket servers have been merged behind the same port 9944.
If you are using HTTP endpoint

• commands rpc-external and rpc-port are still exposed behind default port 9933 but as legacy, with a default value of 100 maximum connections hardcoded.
• all RPCs (HTTP and WS) are exposed on ws-external and ws-port behind default port 9944.
• you need to set ws-max-connections according to your needs, default value of 100 will most probably not be enough if you provide a public RPC.
