Upgrade priority: HIGH
This release revert the wasmtime stack size halving that prevented to sync some blocks.
It is also necessary to any node syncing from scratch.

- wasmtime stack size halving reverted
- important for everyone to upgrade ASAP since collators using this client will be able to produce blocks with more heavy transactions which older clients might not be able to handle (causing them to get stuck)
