Description

This is runtime-only release, client isn't impacted.

This release:

• adds two new runtime APIs, RelayParentOffsetApi & GetCoreSelectorApi, which are required for the slot_based Aura consensus variant - #1612
• removes native price usage in dAppStaking and three pallets: Oracle, OracleMembership and PriceAggregator - #1595
• adds a validation guard that rejects invalid routing to the relay chain in the XCM precompile - #1616
• restricts SendXcmOrigin to root - #1627
