Description

The runtime release brings important changes,

• Uplift runtime with latest changes from polkadot stable2412-4 release (#1463)
  • Bring new XCMv5 while completely removing deprecated XCMv2
  • New XCM runtime api to query if location is trusted reserve or teleporter for an asset
  • pallet_identity decoupled usernames from identities
  • EVM Cancun support
• Introduce max tier threshold in dAppStaking
