Store Game Fixes, Friend Request Privacy & Achievement Matching

Steam games that showed up in your library as an app ID now get their real name, and you can rename any store game or give it your own cover with the new Fix this shortcut option. Ascend adds a setting to prevent incoming friend requests, the library can hide games you own but haven't installed, and achievements are now matched to the right game by app ID. This update also fixes game trainer search, restores soundtrack downloads and reduces background sync traffic.

- Soundtrack downloads from KHInsider work again
