Steam Wishlist Alerts, Review Likes & Notification Overhaul

Ascend can now watch your Steam wishlist and let you know the moment one of those games lands on Ascendara, with a new Wishlist tab in your library to see what's already available. You can like community reviews, notifications get unread badges and an archive, and friend requests now live right inside the Friends tab. Under the hood, downloads, extraction and torrents are more reliable, and the torrent handler now ships bundled with Ascendara.

• Ascendara now tells you when its downloader is missing, usually after an antivirus removed it, and how to restore it

• Steam wishlist alerts notify you when a game on your Steam wishlist is added to Ascendara, with a link straight to its download page
• New Wishlist tab in the library showing your Steam wishlist and which games are already on Ascendara
• Like community reviews, and get notified when someone likes yours
• Notification badges show how many new notifications you have
• Archive notifications individually or all at once, and restore them later
• Discord Linked badge for accounts with a connected Discord

• The torrent handler now ships bundled with Ascendara, so there's nothing extra to install

• Friend requests are now part of the Friends tab, with a count of your pending sent requests
• Filter your friends list by name
• Notifications are split into new and earlier so you can see what you've already caught up on

🐛 Fixed

Ascendara Core

• Extraction relinks files shared across multiple archives
• Extraction can resume when the first RAR volume was already consumed
• Games are only extracted in place when there isn't enough space to do otherwise
• qBittorrent errors are now shown instead of failing silently
• Torrents that were removed or already exist in qBittorrent are handled correctly
• Stopping a torrent download finishes even when qBittorrent is unreachable
• Library artwork downloads are throttled to avoid rate limits, skip partially downloaded files, and no longer mark covers as missing after a rate limit

• Leaving a user profile now takes you back to the section you came from
• Removed a Pro badge that showed up where it shouldn't

• The downloader no longer updates itself separately from Ascendara
• The downloadable Torrent Sidecar tool
