Automatic Game Index, Faster Downloads & Downloads Page Redesign

Your game index now looks after itself. Ascendara's servers keep it up to date and the app picks up changes in the background, so there is no more scraping, cookies or large downloads, and covers load as you browse. Downloads can use multiple connections and the Downloads page has been redesigned with a live speed graph. This update also adds HowLongToBeat times, directory protection during setup, and better handling of downloads sent from your browser.
