Extraction Recovery, Import Folder Scan & Linux Fixes
This update adds extraction recovery, folder scanning for game imports, and an import games step in the welcome setup, improves download and extraction handling, fixes extraction on Linux, file progression reporting, and an undefined symbol, hides the Windows AV warning on Linux, and removes the redesigned welcome dialog and Ascendara analytics.
