TorBox Torrent Fallback, qBittorrent Auth Bypass & Stability Fixes

This update configures TorBox torrent fallback, uses TorBox for torrent downloads, supports qBittorrent authentication bypass, fixes PID checking and Ascend features after trial, checks launch time after a game starts, and adjusts the XP level curve so user levels cannot decrease.
