TorBox Fixes, Executable Support & Stability Improvements
This update fixes TorBox download extraction and flattening, always fetches the featured game, adds .bat and .cmd executable support, skips deleted game stubs in GameHandler, fixes extraction error printing, resolves a '_lib_err' reference bug, fixes Linux compat data deletion, and updates translations for executables.
