This release fixes a bug in the mining logic that would cause replica.2.9 hashrate to drop to zero at block height 1642850. We strongly recommend all miners upgrade to this release as soon as possible - block height 1642850 is estimated to arrive at roughly April 4 at 11:30a UTC.
If you are not mining, you do do not need to upgrade to this release.
This release is incremental on the 2.9.4 release and does not include any changes from the 2.9.5-alpha1 release.
