Changelog:

After getting many requests to make default setup match current Firefox release, relabeling was on the menu. Sorry for that.
You can of course use 4.6.3 setup as long as it works!

[GENERAL]

• changed file/option names of _fx133.css options to those without _fx133.css
• previous file/option names of corresponding non-fx133 options got renamed to _fx128-132.css
  • e.g. old tabs_below_navigation_toolbar.css became tabs_below_main_content_fx128-132.css
  • and tabs_below_navigation_toolbar_fx133.css became the new tabs_below_navigation_toolbar.css
• removed deprecated Win7/8 code from some css files
• removed Win7 option to remove tab bar fog
• removed addonbar_move_bookmarks_toolbar_to_bottom_temp_fix_fx132.css, no reason to use Fx 132 anymore
• megabar_expanding_breakout_disabled.css is enabled by default again
• urlbar_background_old_colors.css is enabled by default and restores the pre-Fx133 location/searchbar background

• (new) pre-Fx133 location/searchbar background color (urlbar_background_old_colors.css)
