Keep CustomCSSforFx v4.2.8 until ESR moves to the next major release.

Mozilla removed -moz-box- rules in current Nightly builds and affected CustomCSSforFx files were updated.
These rules are kept in CustomCSSforFx for compatibility reasons at the moment, but they will be removed in a future update.
