- (new) temporarily added a tab height variable for 'uidensity=touch' mode (config/general_variables.css)

- (improvement) Fx65+: tabs below navigation toolbar > menubar issues are gone, tabs resize correctly
- (improvement) Fx65+: tabs below main content > tabs resize correctly
- (removed) Fx65+: tabs below navigation toolbar > separate option to hide menubar not required anymore
Thanks to yochaym for the alternative idea to achieve 'tabs not on top' and drJeckyll for testing.
