Changes since 2.2.2: c44f4ba
[GENERAL]
In Firefox 65 menubar and tabs toolbar moved into a new "titlebar" node, which is now part of "navigator-toolbox".
This requires a lot of changes and it is unclear, if all features will do their job again correctly with the workarounds and new options.
Look for new options to set in userChrome.css.
One major problem occurs with "tabs below navigation toolbar (aka tabs not on top)" when it come to menubars position and behavior.
The space where the menubar belongs no longer is available automatically, if tabs toolbar is not on top anymore. This means it has to be enabled and disabled manually by using the corresponding "options".
