If you have 0.1.6 or later, the launcher offers this update by itself (or use "Check now" on the Checks and log
tab). Otherwise unzip over the old folder or anywhere new, and run EternalVR.Launcher.exe. Your launcher
settings carry over.
What's new
- Jump with both hands (Play tab, Gestures, off by default): throw both hands up above your head, fast, to
jump, like in DOOM VFR. The jump button still works, and it stays off while you play sitting. Thanks to
STRiPEALiPE for asking for it. - Better crash reports. If the game crashes, Export report... now also takes the game's own crash report
(where in the game it crashed), the game's console log, and Windows' own crash and graphics driver entries
from the last week. As before, your user name, Steam IDs and now also your computer name and in-game name are
replaced before anything goes into the zip, and memory dumps, saves and config files are never included. You
can open the zip and read every file before sending it.
Known issues
The full list is in
KNOWN-ISSUES. The
game's button prompts still name keyboard keys, and climbing a wall still turns with the stick only (both
being worked on).
